The association needed to create data maps that would identify food-related businesses such as suppliers, manufacturers and retailers in particular geographic areas.

iMapData created an interactive economic impact database, combining statistics for food-related businesses with geographic data, demographic data and political district boundaries. Data includes locations and jobs associated with these companies. Users have the ability to interactively select points or regions on a map and build detailed reports about a selected area. These data maps can be developed by region, state, congressional district, ZIP code or neighborhood.
